The Handicapped Scuba Diving Association has dedicated itself to improving the physical and social well being of people with disabilities through the sport of scuba diving.  They are dedicated to assuring that people with disabilities are given the same opportunity to receive quality training, HAS Certification, and dive adventures as the able bodied population.

In coordination with the Wounded Warrior Project, Stewart Snyder III and his team of talented individuals work with U.S. veterans, giving these heroes a sense of worth, ability, fun, and purpose again.

Following a fifteen hour course of instruction, participants will complete four or five open dives at Dutch Springs to obtain their certification.
