Rules and Regulations

All persons entering Dutch Springs
must read, fill in and, sign a waiver.

All scuba divers must present proof of certification by a nationally
recognized agency to participate in scuba- exceptions include only
those participating in diving classes under the supervision of a
certified diving instructor.
A scuba buoyancy compensator, pressure gauge, timing device, and
depth gauge is required for all divers.
No one is permitted to scuba dive alone- except for those individuals
possessing a solo diving certification card. Solo
divers must fill out additional paperwork and use a dive locator.
Dive locators are available for rental at Dutch Springs.
No artifacts, property, or underwater structures may be chipped,
damaged, marked or removed from the site.
Only scuba instructors and drivers displaying a handicap tag are
allowed to leave their vehicles in our peninsula area. You
may drive your vehicle onto the peninsula area do drop off or pick
up your equipment.
Scuba underwater vehicles must be registered
at the admissions office daily.
No scuba spear guns or other weapons.
Scuba Divers must be in the water by 5 pm.
Please observe the park speed limit of 5 mph.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on the site.
No pets allowed inside Dutch Springs. Working animals, with
proof of identity, are always welcome. If you choose to bring
your pet, it must stay in our outer parking lot, outside of our
gate, at all times.
No motorboats or sailboats.
No jumping or diving from the cliffs.
Picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
No open fires on the ground. You may bring your gas grill
or camp stove.
No fishing.
