Return/Cancellation of Unused Tickets:

  • Refund of Pass Cost minus $15 Processing fee (Handling fee from time of purchase not refunded)

Return/Cancellation of Pass Purchased but not picked up:

  • Within 30 Days:  Full Refund of Pass Cost Only (Handling fee from time of purchase not refunded)
  • After 30 Days:     Refund of Pass Cost minus $15 Processing fee (Handling fee from time of purchase not refunded)

Return/Cancellation of Pass Purchased and picked up but NOT used:

  • Within 30 Days:  Refund of Pass Cost minus $15 Processing fee (Handling fee from time of purchase not refunded)
  • After 30 Days:     Refund of Pass Cost minus $15 Processing fee (Handling fee from time of purchase not refunded)

Transfer of Pass:

  • Pass not picked up:  No Charge
  • Pass picked up but not used: $15 Processing fee
  • Pass picked up and used:  Can not transfer to another person

Return/Cancellation of Merchandise:

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to Dutch Springs for a store credit or for a refund free of charge.
  • Please note that orders paid with store credit are only eligible to be refunded in the form of Store Credit (Gift Card)
  • Shipping and/or Handling from time of purchasefees will not be refunded.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale can not be returned.

How to process a return?

  1. Call Dutch Springs at 610-759-2270
  2. Bring or mail the merchandise to Dutch Springs (Return postage paid by customer)
  3. Dutch Springs will contact you after we have received and processed the returned merchandise.
